HMS Caroline

Today I was lucky to get some time off in the afternoon, and popped along to visit HMS Caroline. I visited her back in June 2014, before she was converted to a museum.

It was amazing to get on board - she seemed to me to have a lot in common with SMS Brummer. I particularly liked the virtual tour of some of the parts visitors can't get to, like the auxilliary steering and the citadel.

Well worth a vist - the bow is just as impressive from the inside!
