Passing the sir Walter Scott
Today being the last day of a few days off work Fe decided that we should get away so she managed to get a Groupon for the lady of the lake , a boat trip on loch Katrine near Callander , this is the loch that feeds Glasgow most of its water needs nearly one million gallons of water per day .
Any way it also is where sir Walter Scott wrote his famous poem the lady of the lake hence the name of our boat , but this picture is of the older steam boat the sir Walter Scott that also plies the waters of loch Katrine .
