My one trip to the pond at the bottom of the garden yielded a golden oppertunity to blip this Common Hawker Dragonfly.

Back in the day i used to do a bit of running, my best time for 10k was 39-47.
Mo Farah won the 10,000m last night in a little over 27 minutes. Genius.
