Summer tea party

It was a hot sunny afternoon as the WI members gathered for the summer tea party. We met at the tithe barn in the next village which is now presented as a beautiful party venue. We sat huddled along one side of the yard, seeking shade from the strong sun. The president's partner had prepared a fiendish picture quiz for us. We enjoyed sandwiches, scones and cake. A pleasant summer afternoon.
