Today was my PDR, my Professional Development Review. A time when I look back at what's happened, what's been good, not so good, what could be better ...... you get the idea. So I looked back on blip at the daily photo record of people and places and recalled some of the stories of the year gone by. What a privilege it is to serve in this way. Pictured is my report, a bit unusual, (People, Places & Stories) and a map of the area in which I serve. It's hard to see but each CofE church and each church school is marked. That's 3,102,000 people, 600 churches, 140 schools, oodles of opportunities, gazillions of stories and surprises, inspiration, challenge, joys, heartache & perspiration by the bucket-load.
