run rabbit run

Only a few weeks from the Great North Run and I'm feeling spurred on with training after loads of friends and colleagues sponsored me so generously. I'm at about £600.

Didn't want to run tonight, not one bit. But I got an email from justgiving to say another colleague had added a tenner and felt too guilty to sit on the sofa!

Back from my run and half heartedly stretching on the sofa now, watching some cycling heroes in Rio.
