Didn't Have To Climb Back Up In 30 deg Heat

A trip to the local Blue Lake (Modero jezero) this afternoon for a swim and a picnic. The Blue Lake is a natural Kaste chasm 290m deep to the water line. It was a tough walk down the 1.1km path but worth it as it was beautiful and the water was very clear. We missed the best of the light photographically but at least it meant we didn't have to climb back up in 30 degree heat.
