C and D

The second Falmouth run - I tried to avoid the crowded coast path by just running a route that went uphill as much as possible. The idea was that it would be easier on the way back. And I saw some bits of Falmouth that I hadn't seen before! The run finished off the second Marathon of the holiday.
After a shower we met up with D (https://www.blipfoto.com/D) at the Gylly cafe for lunch. After last year's meeting, this is becoming a regular thing...

It was good to catch up and, after lunch, D gave us a tour of her lovely house and garden. Leaving us with a case of balcony envy balanced with the relief of not having to look after that time-consuming garden...

A few hours reading on the beach and then back for Olympics and salad...
