Blackeyed Susan?
An unexciting day round home. Sending of for quotations for material for a project mowing the lawn and doing the recycling. Result - no blip.
As the evening meal was cooking I wandered round the garden looking for something I haven't blipped recently. The Rudbeckia hirta always flowers reliably making a lovely splash of colour on the patio. The variety is Sahin's Early flowerer but I think constant flowerer might be a better name as it has such a long season.
The structure and colour of the flowers always interest me, so while I have blipped it (probably last year) here it is again.
