This is my high-tech multi gym home equipment. All of it.
A morning off to take a breather. Embarassingly banana blips and a friend turned up while I was still in my PJs and the house is a tip. Always the way eh.

Took a quick run up the canal with the dog, some weight exercises and shower. Now its time for a weekend at work.
