An ivy tree

I keep finding the most interesting trees in parking lots!  Today I noticed this one as I pulled in right in front of it.  Covered in ivy and in full leaf above, it provided shade for my car as well as being a great subject for my blip.  The temperature has dropped somewhat here, so since I got home it's cool and breezy - a great Olympics-watching climate.

Years ago, when I first read To the Lighthouse, by Virginia Woolf, I found this lovely verse:
         All the lives we ever lived, and all the lives to be,
         Are full of trees and changing leaves.
