He Lives Here, But....

...he isn't our cat.  We don't feed him, but we don't chase him away, either.  My daughter has a beautiful Russian Blue, but this one looks somewhat battle-scarred.  It was a rainy day and I can't shoot much in the rain these days, so I had to use what was at hand.....
