Pay It Forward

Mum treated us to a delicious meal at a local Indian restaurant. Then, while we were grocery shopping in Daiei, we received a phone call from Kazuko's father. He wanted us to meet him in the food court on the third floor. He had made these brooches - he is brilliant at handicraft - and he asked Mum to choose whichever one(s) she liked. She couldn't choose her favourite so she ended up receiving all of them. Kindness; it's like a psychic boomerang.
