By the light...

Ok, the conditions weren't quite as good as they have been for the last few evenings, but I had to try for some long exposures by the sea.  Unfortunately, there was a brisk breeze and relatively rough waves so it wasn't as tranquil as it has been.

I will admit to some jiggery-pokery with the moon - obviously the earth/moon moves during a three to four minute exposure, so a bit of layering was needed.

The extra shows the expansive views from Mottistone Down, looking towards St Catherine's Point.  It's another superstopper effort.  I don't think it's a good as the one I posted of the Needles - and I did struggle to get a reasonable exposure. The numbers just didn't seem to tally!
