Parkrun

Ethan took part in his first park run today. Although he has done 5k distances before they have always been "fun" - colour runs or obstacle course races. This was his first straight 5k. Was also my first time out running for 5 months so we were both worn out at the end!

Got home to find the Foreveryoungs there, who ended up staying all afternoon and for dinner. At least the cousins got on well today!
