Run in Manchester

Back in Manchester today with work, and the summer / sun's finally returned. Left the office late and headed to hotel then dragged myself out for the first run in weeks along the canal. Stopped to watch a goose by the canal side who was warbling well, and then suddenly took flight after getting a fright from a dog just walking by... And it was an airdale - my favourite! back to hotel room for some Olympic action in the velodrome!
