Mono Monday

Getting ready to travel south again means also that I have to say goodbye to the plants in the yard. They have been magnificent. I hope to be back here in about 4 weeks at the latest but by then it will be fall.

As for the challenges, I never can remember who is hosting what or which number it is. I just take it as an inspiration, if I take it at all. Should I have cropped this to put the flower more in the center? I.E. do you like the thumbnail better than the picture?

Beautiful sunny weather. The real August weather as I remember it from my childhood.
