Last day of my Nature challenge.......crappy image of Helen's pride and joy............clematis.

Every thing has washed away and left me as today has progressed..........my energy............my mobility..............my enthusiasm for the Olympics.........even my want/need to eat.

I've forced myself to do what I have to do...........even eat a salad this evening........but I haven't wanted to do anything more............not even sit outside in the Sun.

I'm dreading tomorrow.
