Going Japanese....

elbow kept me awake all night despite getting loaded with tramadol and paracetamol. The pain is really bad and i had to ring the centre who asked that i go in tomorrow. More FVIII plus ice packs etc.

the appointment is no problem as i have got the long awaited appointment with the gastro specialist at the JRII also tomorrow..

hopefully elbow better tomorrow.....sorry for being so quiet ..
