YOU

This is one of the camera men from a TV program with a segment called YOU Nihon ni nani shi ni kimashita ka? (or something like that).  It means "Why did you come to Japan?"  It seems to be mostly about reinforcing racial stereotypes so the general populace can feel comfortable.  They catch foreigners coming out of the arrival doors at Narita airport.  They didn't stop me for an interview.
