Jonathan Owen's remarkable Edinburgh Art Festival sculpture commission inside the Burns Monument on Calton Hill - itself a Neoclassical monument built in 1831, but largely unused after The Bard's statue it was built by public commission to house was removed a few years later for fear of damage by industrial pollution.
