Tell It!

As we were leaving after a walk on the beach (and several photos I thought I might post), I saw these people on the balconies of their condos.  The lady on the lower floor appears to be showing someone something or telling someone firmly something she thinks they need to hear.  I suspect the boys above were being quiet, so they would not suffer her wrath.  There must be a story here.  The Maritime Beach Club is the place we've owned a timeshare condo for many years (not a good financial investment, but great use investment), and we use it now like a day club - parking provided, pool, restrooms, and other oceanfront amenities.
