Parched

Despite the incredible storm yesterday, the sun was once again strong this afternoon and the flowers are still looking rather fragile.  Not complaining as the evenings have that autumn smell to them...won't be long before the leaves begin to turn.  

My sister finally successfully made it home today.  Bittersweet as it was wonderful to spend a week with her.  Next time I will see her is for a weekend in June when I will fly out for her eldest son's wedding.

Time...where does it go?
