Happy Birthday

Sone of the fruits of today's labour (of love). Spent the day on a baking marathon while binge-watching a new series on Netflix. I've made focaccia, bacon & egg tartlets & blueberry muffins. I ws too tired to make the berry meringue roulade with the leftover egg whites... keep those for another time!

I'm exhausted now but I'm sure the ego boost tomorrow at work when everyone tucks into these goodies will be nice. It's a celebration after all. Of another birthday and my new secondment: the birth of new potential.
