Water dog

How dogs do love to swim in the river.  Spaniels are real water dogs.  This one down in Palmer's Field was running races with a black lab, but he won every time.  It was, though, very hot.  I rather wished I could jump in too.  Restraint isn't always a virtue!

Apart from that I cleaned and gardened and now I feel exhausted.  An early night beckons.
