AOG14 - Team Snail in the 10 metre Sprint.

Well they started off okay in the 10 metre sprint. They were neck and neck at one point, as you can see from the photo, but then disaster struck. The poor commentators didn't know quite where to look.
If you check out the extra, you can see that one of the snails just wasn't prepared to stay in lane, and slithered over the other one to get a better chance at Gold. Well that is what I think happened, didn't know what was in his mind really! 
Still he has now been disqualified - so no contest!! - but after lodging a complaint with the judges he has been allowed to continue with penalty points. Go back to the beginning and start again.  As it stands at the moment, they are still racing!! How long does it take to slither 10 metres anyway!
