Fab day

Our first sighting was a herd of ellie's, well just their backs as they were in amongst the mopane bushes. The chap top left was clearly frustrated that he couldn't get a photo and a few moments later a lady joined him. Plonkers.

This part of the park is Elephant lovers heaven, we even had a small family group at the perimeter of our camp. The two at the bottom were having a grand time in the muddy midden after seeing off another who was clearly not invited to the game.

The Letaba river very low in parts and the Ellie's are digging holes in the sand to make their own wee drinking puddles.

A fine first day done and dusted.
