Grasshopper

This grasshopper was on a rudbeckia flower. It seems the rudbeckias are the most popular place for insects to congregate.

I didn't stay outside long today looking for photo opportunities. It was rather hot at 94F/34C. Tomorrow is expected to be warmer at 100F/38C. The following day will be a whole degree cooler. I'm not complaining, though. This hot weather really helps the tomatoes and other garden vegetables. It's a bit uncomfortable for photography but soon enough it will be freezing fingers that make things difficult.
