Pleasing Peas!

The high winds over the last few days have played havoc with the garden, and the peas are all leaning precariously.  The stems are so brittle that if you try and lift them back up, they tend to snap so I decided to harvest what I could before the next gales!   

Somewhere I have a recipe for broad bean falafels, that I cut out of a gardening magazine recently, which might be just the thing as I managed to pick a whole bucket of them too!    I shall report back!
