Over the water
to New Brighton for what could be described as a decent walk in bracing conditions (it was quite breezy!) Having punished myself at the gym yesterday it was a case of needing to keep moving in order to stop the muscle soreness from taking over!
I was intrigued by the seagulls who were dropping things onto the sea wall / defences - Corin pointed out that they were trying to crack the shells on the molluscs they had collected so that they could access the tasty morsels inside.
Lots of kite surfers out and about and some lovely views from a well placed bench that presented itself just as I decided to have a funny turn (see extras).
Rewarded with ice cream before returning home.
