A very casual corbett.
I have been up Benn Vrackie before but this time I went with the club. It was a fairly busy hill, with people walking dogs and exercising their children and generally enjoying the mixed weather.
There was a man fishing in the little reservoir, I asking him what kind of fish lived there. 'None' said he. I don't think he had caught anything.
Although it is a corbett you start high and don't go much higher, the walk in is a solid stone path and there is a nice trig point at the top. The views as you can see are spectacular, especially when the light is right.
A swift half in the pub and then S drove us back to Edinburgh.
I'v watered the plants and put a washing on, bed soon I think.
