Sunbathing

Six Blackbirds were sunning themselves in the back garden, beaks open, wings spread, then the Sparrowhawk came and chose one for breakfast! Nature red in tooth and claw! I spoiled it too by cutting the grass.
Beautiful first thing , so had an early walk up to the viewpoint, lots of fungi, including Chanterelles. Got wet though because the bracken and long grasses were soaking from last night.
