Merry Christmas

This morning Mr C, Lucy and I popped into Falmouth for a walk around and a little shop ;-)

Last Christmas I bought mum and dad a trip on the Bodmin & Wenford railway including supper. They thought it would be nice to do it with us so bought another 3 tickets!

So this evening we set off for Bodmin for our trip. The journey is in parts. Set off one way then are stationary for a while as they shunt the engine to the other end. Return to our original point for them to collect water, shunt the engine again, set off in the opposite direction and then back again. Have to say the food wasn't great but it was a lovely experience. Mum gave us all the giggles. She asked Mr C if he had a spare toothpick (he keeps a couple spare) as a piece of pork had got stuck in her broken tooth ... And then the toothpick got stuck!!.. She was laughing, lots of photos taken, we were laughing. Eventually dad had to ask if he could borrow some scissors to cut the thread. Fun night.
