Helping Hand

I don't seem to be very efficient at work at the moment so working late again. But trying a glass of wine and some nibbles to see if that helps spur me on.
In the incubator our one chick (of 12) is still working its way out of the shell. It's tough. I'm tempted to help but all advice says its best left alone.
