Flowers on a railing

I'm not too sure if this flower arrangement is a wreath or a spray, but it's been hanging from this railing for as long as I've gone past this cottage, probably longer. I wonder what's the story behind it...

Another day of crappy weather. It was really windy and wet. Work was fairly busy again, which is good. I was not feeling great though.

In the evening Scott came to visit. Nice to relax in good company!

Working tomorrow (Saturday) so early bed for me.
