Down South (Day 2)

Day 2 south of the border.

Durham - the cathedral mostly - in the morning. Then north to Hadrian's Wall. Nearby Aydon Castle after that followed by a wander around Jedburgh (plus a superb dinner) on the road home.

Catching up on the Blips at last.

The chosen one is in the bathhouse at Chester's Fort - part of Hadrian's Wall. I was amazed by how much of the structures still remain - see the first Extra.

In the other Extra are guard dogs keeping an eye on us near Jedburgh Abbey.
