Wow what a day! The greatest day ever for British sport! 6 Gold Medals! 2 in the rowing, 1 in the cycling, and 3 in the Olympic Stadium!

They were all incredible but Mo Farah in the 10,000m and Jess Ennis in the Heptathlon were outstanding.

Not forgetting Andy Murray who is through to 2 Gold medal matches, in both the singles and the mixed doubles with Laura Robson, an incredible achievement! And what day involving British sport would be complete without the football team losing on penalties?! Well, that happened as we crashed out to South Korea but that's insignificant, compared to the unbelievable achievements of our athletes!

So very proud to be British!
