Baking

I'm making spinach and feta filo pies and trying to half bake them so I can finish them off just before serving dinner tomorrow… I'm not sure it's worked well, with uncooked pastry below and very crispy on top. I may have to cook them upside down tomorrow! Annie, Eric and Susan - new friends from Henley - are coming over and we'll be joined by old friends from Oxford -Pat, Sandy and Pat's friend Karen. I think that's all, but I can't remember who I invited so I made 11 pies just in case. It's not unheard of for me to open the door to guests I've forgotten I'd invited.

Now to start on the orange and honey cake...
