A plot of Land for Sale

Not a bad view! Near Profandaz, Leysin, but the current restrictions on building land in Switzerland mean it is unlikely to sell quickly. There are good and bad sides to this situation. However for the locals who have kept family building land as their pension fund, it is a disaster!
