Kristiansand

We went to Sørlandsentret today and I found a new camera on sale for about $80 which I desperately needed as the old one was eating batteries like mad and the compartment that held the batteries and memory card wasn't staying closed making it very hard to take pictures.

I wanted to take some nice pictures of the fjord which we have to cross on the bus but sadly the new camera didn't come with a charged battery so it'll have to wait until next time. I took this instead up our street which is at the top of a hill. You can see a fair amount of Kristiansand and even the water way in the background. There are some really nice big (by Norwegian standards) houses up there.

Still looking for a bike, checking the classifieds and there's going to be a police auction at the university on the 22nd so I might get one there. If all else fails we saw one place advertising a new bike for $125 which is a lot cheaper than any others I've seen.
