Elephant Gates

Had planned to hire bikes today, but the bikes we booked were not available.  This caused a serious delay to our schedule for the day.  We went to Rosenborg Castle mid afternoon by the time we left it was too late to go to Christainborg Castle as planned, so we had a walk through one of my favourite places Nyhaven and explored the new bridge that just opened up to connect this area with Christianhavns Island.  Then we headed out to the Carlsberg Brewery which was opened til 8pm.  We spent ages photographing the largest collection of unopened beer bottles.  (see extra photos of Nyhaven, the new bridge, and the beer collection).  After leaving the brewery we wandered up to the famous Carlsberg Elephant Gates.  I love these gates took so many pictures from various different angles.
