All Trussed up!

Three vans of workmen arrived this morning.  One lot working on the accessible changing room and plant room for the pool.  The photo on the left shows them taking the delivery of concrete that is now the floor of the plant room and changing room.

The rest of them were working on the roof of the garden room.  The shot on the right was taken at 20 past 10 this morning and they were sawing, drilling and hammering till four thirty this afternoon so I am looking forward to see how much more progress they have made.

Although it's mostly been a dull, horrible day, there was a blink of sunshine around 2pm and one of the builders whipped off his jacket and t-shirt.   That lasted all of 5 minutes as it soon cooled down again and to be honest it was a blessing as the sight of his bluey-white, almost translucent torso was enough to put a girl right off her diet coke.  

Sadly it's not been a summer of tanned, builder's torsos and time is running out for it to happen but on the bright side, there's been no builder's bum either so every cloud :-))

And so it's Friday again!  Another week gone by in a blink.
