Pacemaker

Li'l sis set the pace for my second run of the week this afternoon. It was quite motivating, although I had to stop to assist her after she ended up in a ditch! Then she rode through dog poo!
Breakfast out with a friend and the other half before heading to work all day to continue the clearing, rearranging and cleaning- it's nearly there! It's been a bit of a slog.
Mam had injections in her hands to try and fix her 'trigger' fingers! It left her unable to use her hands so I fixed her and li'l sis their tea before heading home to make mine.
The evening was spent in the pub with a friend and the other half where we devised a hilarious plan for a staff charity video.
