Morning, no breakfast because of health check, with barium. Ugh! Met my delightful colleague Avani, though, and had a free breakfast afterwards.

Afternoon, watched a rather dull baseball game, but at least the team Arthur and I were supporting won.

Evening, fantastic! Watched Raiders Of The Lost Ark at Festival Hall with live orchestral accompaniement. John Williams, you are a god.
