Mum's cake

Back Blipped - because I'd hardly want to show mum her cake before her birthday!!

Based on a design from Natasha, who was totally wonderful when I spent a day with her earlier in the year. I think mum will like it - particularly as its a very moist fruit cake hidden under the icing. I've been soaking the fruits for about 6 months! I can't stand dry fruit cake, so I always have tubs of fruit soaking - one in brandy (as this was) and then one in Cointreau for Christmas.
