It looks like I'm in England. There is a reason why Christchurch is known as the England of the southern hemisphere.

I was heading into Hagley Park to meet my running group. We're looking at Christs College behind the Avon River from the Amargh St bridge.

Yes, it even sounds English.

Considering how I felt on Tuesday I was surprised to feel ok and run tonight. The new strength programme hurt but that's good because it should in time make the bits that hurt running hurt less.

There is a logic in there ;-)
