A show of saltires

The SNP stall at the Islay show was buzzing with activity all day. The invitation to vote on land reform options was a great draw as was the information on display regarding the very narrow base of land ownership on the island and its correlation with increasing depopulation.

Despite the damp, which left everyone dripping and the show field a sea of mud, the face painting of saltires - particularly on those who were helping - quickly caught on so thanks to everyone involved for such a show of them , in every sense.
