Maybe you know the significance of this, maybe you don't. Tonight I'm too tired to tell the story.
Intense evening as Janette's friends and former colleagues have been reacting to news on Facebook. She would have had a lot to say in her quiet way about the suffering of colleagues and the courageous friendship that banished the darkness.
I am reminded of a friend's comments following Janette's death, remembering her "in a surprisingly powerful voice for someone who was so ill, 'I see Jesus turning over the tables in the temple, angry at all the injustice in the world'. I hope we can do her proud by finding a better way."
