Butterflies galore!

Now that they're here, they're here in abundance. Shame that the buddleias are almost finished flowering. Included the Painted Lady (Cynthia (Vanessa) cardu) twice, as I don't remember ever seeing one in our garden before. The Red Admiral (Vanessa altlanta) and Peacock (Inachis io) I see a lot.

It's been a beautiful day but I've seen it hardly at all. Been busy yesterday and today painting walls. The hall is now a lot brighter and fresher. Tomorrow I change to gloss paint and start on the woodwork. Seems a waste of summer, but it needed doing, and it's easier than in wintertime.

Off to line dancing now, if my energy lasts that long.
