Rowan

Several soakings today as the rain just didn't give up. I'm so cheesed off with the weather that I'm spending the next hour or so researching a holiday in the sun for later in the year.
Cooper had his annual check at the vets and behaved very well. On every visit, despite relieving himself before going in, he has felt the need to wee within the surgery but thankfully there was no embarrassment today.
This was taken on a visit to our neighbours garden. It was a rushed shot as my phone was not protected from the rain but I rather liked the bright berries on such a dull day. There are loads of rowan trees near us and some believe they offer us protection from nearby witchcraft. Given the abundance of berries I am tempted to make some rowan jelly or perhaps a gin liqueur with the fruit.
